Priority Processing for Delivery

Coverage Period: The priority processing starts as soon as the package is dispatched from our facility and continues until it is successfully delivered to the designated address.

Covered Events: Priority processing ensures expedited handling in cases of loss, damage, or theft during transit. This includes mishandling by carriers, accidents, and unforeseen incidents.

Exclusions: The priority processing does not cover damage caused by improper packaging by the customer, or loss and damage due to acts of nature (e.g., floods, earthquakes, severe weather). It also does not cover packages left unattended after delivery.

Claims Process: In the event of a covered incident, customers must submit a claim promptly within the specified timeframe. Claims should include relevant documentation, such as photographs of the damaged package, its contents, and supporting evidence of the incident.

Refund or Replacement: Depending on the circumstances and product availability, customers may receive a refund or a replacement for the lost or damaged items.

Fee: Priority processing is available for a fee of USD 3.99 per order, payable at checkout.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any covered claim is limited to the actual value of the lost or damaged items, up to the maximum coverage amount specified.

Cancellation: Customers may opt-out of priority processing during checkout. Once the order is processed, the fee for priority processing is non-refundable.
